Competence breeds confidence. If you’ve spent your life studying medicine, and suddenly you're put in a room full of philosophers — expected to give a speech on philosophy — would you be confident giving that presentation? The same goes for identity. If you don’t know who you are, how can you be confident?

Comparison makes you blind to your own progress. There is enough money, enough jobs, enough attention, and whatever is meant for you will find you. The one thing there is only one of however, is you. No matter how hard anyone tries, no one can be you. So, be you!

It's easy to radiate good energy when life is gentle; the real test comes when it isn't. Once you master control over your emotions, you reclaim your power. Choose grace over impulse, kindness over chaos. The goal isn’t to suppress your emotions, but to respond with intention rather than reaction. Be so grounded in your self-control that others are left in awe of your calm.
