How to care for your Innasya dress

To keep your dress looking its best, please follow these care instructions:

Washing Hand wash in cold water only. Wash separately from other garments to avoid colour transfer.

Drying Dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry or wring the fabric as this can damage the velvet pile and ruffles.

Ironing Do not iron. Use a cool steamer only if needed, keeping it at a distance from the fabric.

Bleaching & Dry Cleaning Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

Storage Store hanging to maintain the shape of the ruffles. Avoid folding where possible.

How does the ordering process work? Simply fill in your measurements, colour preference, and delivery details in the order form and complete your payment. Once your order is received, you'll be contacted directly to confirm your details before your dress goes into production.

How long will my order take? Every dress is custom made to order. Your dress will be made and dispatched within two weeks of your order being confirmed.

Will it actually fit me? Because every dress is made to your individual measurements, it is designed to fit your body specifically. Please make sure your measurements are as accurate as possible for the best result.

What sizes are available? The Innasya Mini is available from size 4 to size 24. You can also provide your exact measurements for a truly custom fit.

Can I choose my colour? Yes — the dress is available in multiple colours. Your colour preference is selected at checkout in the order form.

How will my dress be delivered? Your dress will be dispatched within two weeks of your order being confirmed. Delivery timeframes will depend on your location and selected shipping method.
