It's no secret that I romanticise every little thing about my life, and that includes my nighttime routine. Come the end of the day, I don't throw on an oversized t-shirt and collapse into bed. I take my time, slip into my silks, spritz my fragrances, and treat bedtime as an art-form.
Shania Khan's Instagram Reel came up on my feed the other day where she said "Women who have money own robes, and women who don't don't". In my opinion, her video redefines the feeling on being rich - it's not about money, it's about the true luxury that lies in rest. The slow moments after a shower, applying your body oils and creams, and sitting in a robe, are the moments that retrain our nervous system to believe that we deserve rest.
If I'm wearing a cute little lacey silk nightgown to bed I will have a much better sleep than if i'm wearing an old oversized t-shirt. And, that is not just a feeling but a fact backed by science. It's called enclothed cognition - "the systematic influence that clothes can have on the wearers psychological processes".

Love Cami
A brand I don't yet own but have been admiring on social media for the past year .. I think it's time I place an order. Their designs are breathtaking and the aesthetics align with my signature style perfectly.
Léays
When introducing anyone to Léays, I find myself referring to it as the adult Peter Alexander mixed with Victorias Secret. You walk into the store and are instantly hit with the sensational signature store scent. Their selection of sleepwear, lingerie, robes, and body care products is to die for. Visiting Léays is always a luxury experience.
La Perla
La Perla is at the top of my wishlist. The epitome of elegance and class and exactly what I imagine Blair Waldorf wears to be every evening.
