  1. Tutorial & Techniques

Doll Like Eyes

Bratz dolls are famous for their signature, exaggerated, and expressive eyes and to achieve that look with makeup there are a few tricks you can do.

  1. The first being to apply white eyeliner to your waterline. This will help to open up the eye and make it appear bigger and rounder.

  1. When applying your eyeshadow focus the product in your crease and outer corner, except don't blend the shadow up towards your temple (this will make the eye look less round and more elongated). Add a lighter shade on the lid and a shimmer in the inner corner.

  1. Now that we've given the eye a rounder look, it's time to add the cat eye effect. With an eyeliner create a thin but long wing. You can also add an inner corner wing.

  1. Add a half lash. To keep the eye looking snatched and cat-eyed use a half lash instead of a full strip lash and focus on gluing the lash towards the outer corner of your eye.

  1. Now for the under eyes - I like to use a brush like the photo below, dip it into a black eyeshadow and apply the shadow right under my lash line.

Blushing Cheeks

  1. Focus a bright blush on the apples of your cheeks.
