Without adequate sleep, your glow will be non-existent. A good nighttime routine ensures a quality sleep. Look good, feel good is one of my rules for life, so romanticised sleepwear is essential.

Competence breeds confidence. If you’ve spent your life studying medicine, and suddenly you're put in a room full of philosophers — expected to give a speech on philosophy — would you be confident giving that presentation? The same goes for identity. If you don’t know who you are, how can you be confident?

Dressing well is a form of good manners. As the season of falling leaves and hot chocolate approaches, it comes time to turn our attention to our winter wardrobes. Shopping impulsively has no place here. The goal is a wardrobe meticulously curated to embody our personal style.  Cold weather is no excuse for poor dressing. As Vivienne Westwood said, you have a more interesting life if you wear impressive clothes. 

A common theme online today is the pressure to conform — the idea that we must all share the same beliefs, with differing opinions always met with others' views pushed as gospel. My ideal love does not have to be yours. Each of us is entitled to our own dreams of romance. I am free to seek out my own desires, and you are free to find the kind of relationship dynamic you deem perfect in your eyes. 

I create and I style, to not merely dress, but inspire confidence and authenticity. We each have a different voice, an original opinion, and a unique perspective. Fashion is a form of self expression, a language beyond words, and our personal style is built from our own originality. Discovering your true self, and carrying that identity through everything you do, create, and wear will transform your reality. 

Vintage shopping is more than just buying old clothes. It’s the honour of getting to give another life to a piece that’s lived a few glamorous lives before you. By re-wearing, and restyling the outfit, you’re bringing it back to life, and not only wearing the garments but the memories, and stories of the people who owned it before you.

For me, 2025 really was the year I started looking after my body and my health. I never used to care for exercise, working out, or eating healthy as I was gifted with a naturally fast metabolism, but as I grew up and well basically just turned 19, I found that I could no longer eat whatever I wanted, and not work out so there were a few things I started doing this year.

Chic is subjective, different for each of us but I believe it goes beyond a specific style of bag, or a pair of sheer tights. It's the essence and energy that each piece carries and the way it not only transforms our look but elevates our confidence.

Comparison makes you blind to your own progress. There is enough money, enough jobs, enough attention, and whatever is meant for you will find you. The one thing there is only one of however, is you. No matter how hard anyone tries, no one can be you. So, be you!
